The delegation of the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur) in Ciego de Ávila guarantees not only prevention measures with a view to the current hurricane season, but also the strategy for summer 2023.

Iyolexis Correa Lorenzo, MINTUR delegate in Ciego de Ávila, specified the main logistical assurances to face the hurricane season, including integration with agriculture for food supply.

Alfre Menéndez Pérez, Governor of Popular Power in Ciego de Ávila, outlined the main projections for this summer, which includes proposals for day trips with transportation and lunch included for family enjoyment.

Liván Izquierdo Alonso, Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the PCC in Ciego de Ávila, warned about the importance of extreme hygienic and sanitary measures and the prevention of traffic accidents during the summer period.

Ramón Pardo Guerra, Chief of the National Civil Defense Staff, not only verified the actions planned for the current hurricane season in Tourism, but also praised the initiatives planned for the summer in this central province.
