With children's activities during the morning in all the Popular Councils, the Day of National Rebellion was celebrated in Ciego de Ávila, to which artistic units, musical, theatrical and dance groups were added.

In the municipality of Ciego de Ávila, the interventions of the José Sirio Inda Hernández House of Culture in the Alfredo Gutiérrez Lugones Popular Council stood out, and in that cultural institution a gala was held with the movement of amateur artists.

For the rest of the weekend, the Provincial Directorate of Culture, Inder and Education will maintain cultural and recreational activities, including sports championships and casino wheels both in communities and in rural towns.
