Anuncia ETECSA disminución de tarifas en Nauta Hogar

The Cuban Telecommunications Company S.A (ETECSA by its Spanish initials) announced, through its official accounts, the enabling of new offers as of December 17, for customers who access the Internet via the Nauta Hogar service.

The increase in the upload speed and the decrease in the price of the rates highlight among the main novelties, to which more hours of navigation will correspond. The internet overtime price will also be restored to 0.50 cuc (now at 0.30 cuc, as a measure implemented in times of COVID-19).

ETECSA clarifies on its website that the changes will be made automatically for all users, but not all of them together. "The change will be applied to each client according to the day of their life cycle, in other words, what you know as the blocking date."

People who wish to change for a higher speed offer, should go to the corresponding commercial office to request the change.

Finally, the Telecommunications Company makes it clear that, with the new offers, the additional 10 hours that were offered during the COVID-19 stage do not remain in force.

These measures will benefit the 6,320 Ciego de Ávila's citizens who, throughout the province, have this contract, to which 2,000 new users would be added in 2021, as part of the strategic plan proposed by the Territorial Division of ETECSA in Ciego de Ávila; although the good news doesn't apply to postpaid services.

Special offers were also extended to this month of December that correspond to the differentiated appraisal for voice and data by the mobile network in the early morning hours and the discount of 10 percent to the payments of telecommunications services through the Transfermóvil platform, 50 percent to national long distance fees for fixed telephony during the day and 25 percent to calls made with own cards at night.
