For someone who seems to be an inseparable part of her being, more than a quality, must have, without a doubt, the absolute inclination towards the attention and care of children.

"They are the ones who inspire and need her the most, in this world of ours." It is the thinking of Dalia Aguiar González, delegate of Circumscription # 26 of the municipality of Venezuela in Ciego de Ávila and deputy for that territory to the National Assembly of People's Power.

Her working life has been developed surrounded by girls and boys, and although her duty maintains her at this time directing the educational processes, she feels that it is in the classroom where her place is. Only the love of her children and grandson is comparable to the rejoicing that invades her every time, when they approach her, who once took her by the hand, claiming her infinite tenderness, shared among many, and called her Schoolmistress or Master.

Her time at the Kindergarten "Smiles of Tomorrow", where she was a preschool teacher and also teaching deputy director reaffirms her vocation. Years of study, until she reached the scientific category of Master and above all, the training of other educators, to whom she has transmitted not only the concepts, knowledge and principles of Pedagogy, but also the noble feelings of affection and understanding that the children must never be lacking, they make her that woman with an unbreakable will, like Vilma's, when in 1961, at the initiative of Fidel, she gave herself the task of creating that vital space, in which the children of the women who were incorporated recently into the construction of a more just and equitable society, they would be cared for and safe.

She knows how great this work is, which is now 60 years, possible thanks to the Revolution, that is why, in the midst of Covid-19 and as a very active delegate, she insists with the families of her constituency on the protection of the little princes and princesses, those who will return happily to their kindergartens, when the conditions of the territory allow it. At the moment, only those cases, whose work of her mother is essential, attend the institution, where the adopted measures are carried out to the letter, because nothing can fail.

Dalia feels owner of a great fortune of which she is part. She says that nursery schools are a garden, flowered 365 days a year, where the future of the country germinates.
