This Friday, the first store of a commercial chain f musical instruments for the central region of the country, with the name of Mayohucan, was inaugurated in Ciego de Ávila.

Located in the Barquito Café of the Hermanos Saíz Association, the store offers for both strings and percussion handcrafted instruments, including literature on music.

Orlando Pino Amores, Director of the Music and Entertainment Company, Musicávila, explained that the experience will extend to Morón and the Jardines del Rey tourist center.

The Mayohuacan store honors an aboriginal instrument, authentic from the Taino rites, of whose copies in the Caribbean only one sample is preserved in the Los Buchillones Museum.
