Preliminary information from the Provincial Meteorological Center, shared on its Telegram channel, shows an accumulated 14 millimeters in Júcaro and 11 in Venezuela in the last six hours.  Precisely the South of Ciego de Ávila was the area that has received the most influence from Elsa.
