This Monday, Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, in exchange with directors of administrative, government and health institutions, made a call to strengthen the impact and scope of the Community Work Groups in Majagua.

Social actors as agents of change can creatively transform their environment, Tapia Fonseca stressed, while cooperating even more in solving community problems.

The Cuban deputy prime minister emphasized the importance of the quality of medical services, as well as active investigations to contain the chain of infections.

During the critical assessment of the epidemiological situation in Majagua, Tapia Fonseca was accompanied by the member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party Jorge Luis Broche Lorenzo and the highest political and government leaders of the province.
