The analysis of the execution of the State budget during the first semester of the current year and the fulfillment of the main proposals of the voters centered the debates of the XXIV ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power in Morón.

Magdalena Díaz Matos, president of the Local Government body, called to work with neighbors in search of solutions to community problems, as well as to recognize those who stand out in the constituencies in tasks related to confronting Covid-19.

She announced a group of activities in salute to the 45th anniversary of the constitution of the Popular Power, among which the recognition of personalities of the city, as well as the founding delegates of the organ, stand out.

Nilka Drake Mora, first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba in Morón, went into detail on the issue of the State budget and said that the assembly has to demand that the administration council comply with what is established since there is a group of actors who have to do what they has to do.

She argued regarding the budget that all that money that the country has put in, that the country has spent, that the country has intended, has to be controlled.

Regarding the actions of the cadres, she called for the demand and clarified that if someone is not fulfilling their role with the responsibility that must prevail, that they resign their functions as a cadre, because the country needs honest and revolutionary men and women now more than never.
