As part of the parliamentary control of the National Assembly of People's Power in Ciego de Ávila, the exchange with the delegates at the base prioritizes the tasks related to the accountability process.

After two years without exercising this constitutional right due to the pandemic, the delegates specify dissimilar tasks for the conscious participation of the voters. To that end, Carlos Rafael Puentes León, vice president of the Permanent Commission for the Work of Attention to Local Bodies, exchanged with the delegates of the Popular Councils, Roberto Rivas Fraga and Ángel Alfredo Pérez, from the main municipality.

Based on the community experiences and good management practices of the delegates, the local organs of People's Power are perfected in turn on the 45th anniversary.
