When, until March 14, 1,535 affiliate assemblies have been held in Ciego de Ávila, as part of the political process of presentation and information of the 2022 Economy and Budget Plan, the workers continue to express their commitment to comply, at the same time that they speak out for the search for initiatives and options to achieve that goal.

"The willingness of the workers, both in these meetings and in the 105 assemblies of representatives held, is to make the most of all the strategies and spaces to fulfill what is scheduled, despite the existing difficulties," Niurka Ferrer Castillo, General Secretary of the Cuban Workers Central (CTC) in the province, told Invasor.

Ferrer Castillo stressed that even the workers of entities that need assurance of raw materials that are not in the country today, have ratified that they will work in the search for alternatives to achieve what was planned, in vital sectors such as Agriculture, Industries and Transportation.

The leader specified that the labor groups have declared themselves to intensify the work of the anirists and innovators in solving the problems that exist in each place.

Roberto Pérez García, member of the Provincial Secretariat of the CTC, emphasized that in the assemblies held in the Ciego de Ávila`s entities, the vital issue of the necessary speeding up of the implementation of the measures for the strengthening of the socialist state company has been dealt with.

In addition, Pérez García pointed out that, for example, the members of the Transport Base Business Unit and the Asphalt Plant brigade, both from MICONS, raised the imperative of greater use of the potential of innovators in order to supply shortages of spare parts.

The political process of presentation and information of the 2022 Economy and Budget Plan began in the province of Ciego de Ávila on January 15 and will conclude on the 31st of this month. In Ciego de Ávila, 2,644 assemblies of affiliates and 156 of representatives should be held during this period.
