Like other legal institutions, Legal Services offers advice to those who aspire to become self-employed, local development projects or micro, small or medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), ensuring the correct completion of the documentation to be submitted, he argued.
He specified that, after conforming as new actors, they decide whether or not to continue with the advice. There is great interest in accompanying them, as is the case with the recently created gastronomy-based business units.
Links with higher education also represent an opportunity to reach out to young people in training and motivate them to join the company upon graduation. This is a priority to complete the work team and meet the needs of legal attention, he said.
The completion of the labor force, currently made up of 68 workers and planned to increase to 75, is essential in a province like Ciego de Ávila, with municipalities that have more than 40 production bases.
