    Tigres igualan play off ante Huracanes de Mayabeque

    As expected, the Tigres from Ciego de Ávila made a reality —and with a wide score of 9x2—, the victory against the Hurricanes of Mayabeque, when yesterday Friday, the sealed match, corresponding to the quarterfinal playoff between both teams, resumed; which is now tied for success in the postseason of the 61st National Baseball Series.

    The Hurricanes scored their only two runs in the seventh with three hits, including a home run by Denis Laza.

    One entry before, the winners added two more, driven by Alfredo Fadraga, who in the match brought four for home play.

    Yosvani Ávalos worked the ninth inning from the box and did not face any difficulties in closing the match on a date that marked the tenth anniversary of the victory of the Tigres against Industriales (at dawn on May 29, 2012), a success with which they conquered his first championship, in the 51st edition of these events.
