    The Directorate of the Electric Company reports that during the weekend there were reports of service interruptions in the primary distribution lines of the Morón Norte and Jicotea circuits due to electrical storms and of circuit 1 due to contact of a tree with the network.

    Due to a generation deficit, all the circuits in the province were affected, failing to comply with the programming. Units 6 and 7 of the CTE Máximo Gómez, unit 3 of the CTE Ernesto Guevara, unit 4 of the CTE Diez de Octubre and unit 3 of the CTE Antonio Maceo are out of service due to breakdowns, which is in process.     Generation availability is expected to be lower than demand, so if these conditions are maintained, service affectations are forecast.In addition, interruptions were reported in the secondary distribution lines (associated with transformers):

    From the Baraguá circuit at Pivot 7 and 8, from the Ceballos circuit on 4th Street between E and F, from the Colorado circuit in La Navarra, from the Cítrico I circuit in the asphalt plant, from the A208 circuit in the MININT Delegation, from Circuit 1 in Ciego Street of Ávila between Abraham Delgado and Narciso López and in Máximo Gómez street between Cuba and Ciego de Ávila, of the Ceballos circuit in G street between 4ta and Línea, of the Peonia circuit in El Barrito and of the Violeta circuit on the road to Bolivia between 2 and 4 by damaged devices.

    From the Citrico II circuit in El Consuelo and from the Majagua circuit in Julio Antonio Mella Street due to animal contacts with the network.

    From the Combined MINAZ circuit in La 19, from the Nereida circuit in Tenería, from the Guayacanes circuit in a town of the same name, from the Citrico IV circuit in a military unit at the airport and from the Delfín Moreno circuit in the stadium due to contact between trees and nets.

    For tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14, interruptions are expected due to maintenance and pruning work in the Jicotea circuit from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    SCHEDULE OF AFFECTATIONS FOR THIS WEEK

    The Electric Company also informs the schedule of affectations for the week, from this Monday June 13 to Sunday June 19, only in case there is a generation deficit.

    The Jicotea circuit was not included, as this week it will be affected by maintenance and pruning work. In the event that one day the deficit corresponding to the province exceeds 20 MW or that, for some reason, maintenance or pruning work is not carried out, that town may be affected, although only for three hours on that specific day.

    This circuit, in addition to covering a large amount of territory in rural areas, has a huge number of trees near its lines that cause frequent interruptions and with the arrival of the cyclonic season it is essential to prune.
