SNB61 Granma clasifica para la final 1

In a convincing manner —some would say overwhelming— Granma won the right to defend its title after having Ciego de Ávila 9x2, before an audience at the José Ramón Cepero that has already eight consecutive playoff games without being able to savor a joy against the Alazanes. The 61st National Baseball Series will then have its culmination between Cocodrilos and Alazanes.

The winners hit 14 hits, to only eight the Tigers. The success corresponded to Juan Danilo Pérez, who only got four outs, while the failure corresponded to Dachel Duquesne and the saved game was credited to Miguel Paralelo.

First third

Gray with black stitching started the game for Ciego de Ávila, because in the same first episode, the champions scored one due to consecutive hits by Yosbany Millán and Osvaldo Abreu, and, although Duquesne recovered, he could not prevent the scoreboard from being inaugurated after a fly by sacrifice of Carlos Benitez.

The home team went up in the second by scoring two. The inning was started by Dainier Hernández with a hit, Rubén Valdés followed suit, and when Dainier tried to get to third he was put out. Next came the double by Héctor Labrada with which Valdés scored and a rocket to the center by Alexander Jiménez, who brought the second.

At the beginning of the third the visitors scored three times and made Duquesne jump out of the box, Kevin Soto came. In the entrance, there was a single by Abreu and then four walks and a pitch. There were three "wheelie" races.

Second third

The end of the fifth was a singular inning; The Avilanians received three bases on balls and a pitch, but did not step on home plate, because after the first two walks Raulito hit for a double play. Granma added one more in the sixth due to hits by Abreu and Carlos Benítez. On that occasion, Yander Guevara entered the box. It was, by others, a segment of the quiet game. Just a scratch.

Last third

Three consecutive singles gave Yander in the seventh to add another run, although the debacle came in the eighth, when Carlos Martí's men added another three by Alexquemer Sánchez's homer with two teammates in circulation. It was the squeak-squeak of the meeting.

Supersonic

Secret in the ear: I whisper it very softly: yes, it turned out to be true, Granma repeated the story of 2017.

The parody: There are such strong baseball hits, I don't know….Qualification for Los Tigres: The team exceeded the expectations that were initially had of him. Good result being in the semifinals.

You decide: Granma or Matanzas (You can give your favorite in the comments space below this text).
