In one of those “what am I telling you for” games, Los Búfalos from Ciego de Ávila defeated Los Guerreros from Sancti Spíritus 73-72 and came just one victory away from reaching the coveted tenth crown in the history of the the Superior Basket League.

The fans who attended the Yayabo room in Sancti Spiritus saw how their team, which was losing by 12 points at the start of the last quarter (49-61), managed to make the "honour" of sticking to just one of the tie with four seconds of the final whistle.

The story did not end there. Through the social network Facebook we learned that, at the same time as the final whistle, a basket from Sancti Spiritus was invalidated by the table referee, since he considered that the launch was after the end of the game.
