From the early hours of this Sunday morning, workers from different socioeconomic sectors carried out construction, cleaning and beautification work in 19 large areas of the city of Ciego de Ávila.

In the midst of these actions, the member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Party, Liván Izquierdo Alonso, and Governor Tomás Alexis Martín Venegas, checked the progress in the change of image and remodeling of the roundabout at the exit of La Havana, in charge of the Ciego de Ávila Construction Materials Company, which is expected to be inaugurated in greeting to July 26, National Rebellion Day.

In the same way, the main political and governmental authorities of the territory verified the march of the painting of the sides of the 12 floor building to the boulevard, in charge of the Vertigo Local Development Project, in which a Cuban flag and another of the Movement July 26 will be displayed.

During the day, cultural and recreational activities were also held for the children in their day in the central Martí Park, where the little ones showed their talents for the enjoyment of the whole family present there.

A very special moment in these entertainments was the concert offered by the children's music singer-songwriter Lidis Lamorú, to the delight of the little ones, who, together with their parents, enjoyed and danced to the rhythm of the usual songs in their repertoire such as Let's play and others in premiere quality that will come out in his next record production.
