Yesterday the service was affected due to capacity deficit during 24 hours a day. The maximum effect at night was 669 MW at 9:50 p.m., coinciding with peak hours. The service remained affected throughout the early hours of today.

The availability of the SEN at 06:00 hours is 2,185 MW and the demand is 2,440 MW, with 350 MW affected in the system. A maximum affectation of 550 MW is estimated during daytime hours.Units 6, 7 and 8 of CTE Mariel, units 1 and 2 of CTE Felton and unit 3 of CTE Rente are out of service due to breakdowns.

Unit 6 of the CTE Nuevitas is under maintenance. The limitations in thermal generation (519 MW) are maintained.

In distributed generation, 1,060 MW are unavailable due to breakdown and 407 MW are undergoing maintenance.

For peak hours, the entry of unit 1 of the CTE Felton with 250 MW and the use of 141 MW in diesel engines is estimated.

With this forecast, an availability of 2,728 MW and a maximum demand of 2,950 MW are expected for peak hours, for a deficit of 222 MW, so if the forecast conditions are maintained, an affectation of 292 MW is forecast at the peak.
