For this Friday, the Electric Union forecasts an affectation of 653 MW in peak hours, since it estimates an availability of 2,447 MW and a maximum demand of 3,030 MW, according to its usual informative note.

The above situation should cause a deficit of 583 MW at that time.

Meanwhile, for daytime hours, a maximum impact of 650 MW is estimated.

Yesterday, the service was affected due to a lack of capacity throughout the day. The maximum affectation at night was 781 MW, at 7:30 p.m., and 761 MW at peak hours (8:40 p.m.). The service remained affected throughout the early hours of today.

Units 6, 7 and 8 of CTE Mariel, unit 4 of CTE Nuevitas, unit 2 of CTE Felton and units 3, 4 and 6 of CTE Renté are out of service due to breakdowns. On the other hand, unit 6 of the CTE Nuevitas is undergoing maintenance.

Limitations in thermal generation persist (360 MW). In distributed generation, 1,151 MW are unavailable due to breakdown and 445 MW are under maintenance.

For peak hours, the use of 157 MW in diesel engines is forecast.

All consumption restriction measures are implemented in the state sector.
