Authors and performers of the Daniel Cruz Cosa Musical Creator Festival are rewarded

The Venezuelan singer-songwriter Zalixmary de las Mercedes García Reyes won the Grand Prize and the Interpretation Prize of the recently concluded thirty-ninth edition of the Daniel Cruz Cosa Musical Creator Festival, in the municipality of Venezuela.

Composer Leonides Rodríguez Peña won the award for the most Cuban text and third mention with performer Rafael Matoros Basulto, from the José Sirio Inda Hernández House of Culture in Ciego de Ávila.

The first place in the contest was won by the interpreter Daniel Crespo Benítez with the play Para que no te voy, authored by Roberto Ramón De la Cruz Cobo, while the second place went to Josefina Carbonell Sorí (Fifa) with the song To start the year, defended by the soloist Elizabeth de La Rosa Domínguez.

The popularity award went to the author Yanara Rodríguez de Pastor with the work Eres, defended by the vocalist Yanisleydis De La Caridad Pérez Sosa, a work that also won the first mention.

The recently concluded thirty-ninth edition of the Daniel Cruz Cosa Musical Creator Festival in Venezuela awarded the second mention to the young author and performer Natán Rosabales Domínguez with the bachata I offered you my love.
