    In this context, he highlighted the integration of Ciego de Ávila citizens to the recovery in the provinces affected by hydro-meteorological events by sending contingents to support the restoration of electrical service and the construction of houses.

    He pointed out as other priorities the attention to the claims of the people in relation to the quality of regulated products such as milk, yogurt and bread, and the supply of agricultural markets, whose panorama does not correspond in all cases with the reality and possibilities from the province.   

    He indicated progress in the improvement of Primary Health Care services, intensify the fight against the Aedes Aegypti mosquito and redouble efforts to promote community hygiene, through systematic collection of solid waste, cleaning of weeded areas and elimination of harmful micro-dumps for health and public adornment.   

    He said that attention to neighborhoods and communities in vulnerable conditions prevails as a premise, with priority in assistance to three population settlements in the southern area of ​​the capital city and the El Vaquerito popular council, in the municipality of Morón, where the contribution is maintained state and non-state entities.   

    He underlined as decisive in the economic recovery of the province the fulfillment of the cold sowing campaign, the increase in the production of milk and other foods, as well as the repair of the sugar mills and the increase in sugarcane plantations.
