Yesterday, the service was affected due to a generation capacity deficit throughout the day. The maximum impact during the night hours was 1,132 MW at 7:10 p.m., coinciding with the peak hour.

Units 6 and 7 of CTE Mariel, CTE Otto Parellada unit, CTE Nuevitas units 4 and 5, CTE Felton unit 2 and CTE Rente unit 4 are out of service due to breakdowns.

Unit 2 of CTE Santa Cruz, unit 4 of CTE Cienfuegos and unit 3 of CTE Rente are under maintenance.

The limitations in thermal generation (407 MW) are maintained.

In distributed generation, 1,012 MW are unavailable due to breakdown and 699 MW are undergoing maintenance.

For peak hours, the entry of unit 5 of the CTE Nuevitas with 80 MW, the completion of the Puerto Escondido unit with 10 MW and the recovery of 75 MW in diesel engines is estimated.

With this forecast, an availability of 2,231 MW and a maximum demand of 3,000 MW are estimated for the peak hour, for a deficit of 769 MW, so if the forecast conditions continue, an affectation of 839 MW is forecast for this hour.
