Although on a societal and economic scale there are those who think not, and even fear it, an action of control, supervision, exchange or inspection always benefits the visited one.

From this point of view, directors, specialists and workers of the People's Provincial Court of Ciego de Ávila (TPP) see the presence of deputies of the National Assembly who, responding to an indication by Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez for the Committee on Constitutional Affairs and Legal representatives of Parliament, have probed and exchanged in the course of this week about core issues in the administration of justice.

The contact increases its value if you take into account that it particularizes in matters as important as the terms of process solution, execution, time, pending cases; returns to the Prosecutor's Office, its control and compliance with terms, oral trials, suspension and causes, among others.

Despite the fact that Ciego de Ávila has great strength: the analysis that it carries out each month about quality, or showing certain stability in several indicators and even a downward trend in complex significant events, there are no airs of satisfaction in the territory and much less excesses of trust between managers and judges.

Considerations exposed by Humberto David González Figueroa, President of the TPP in Ciego de Ávila, and on-site examinations by the visit, indicate that having settled the toga around the preparation, improvement and self-improvement of judges (many of them young) has its expression in results such as those of appeals, which do not show growth, or in judicial activity, where a high level of trials prevails.
