    The estimated deficit for this Friday, November 11, is 75 MW at peak demand hours, according to the management of the Electric Company in Ciego de Ávila.

    Yesterday, the deficit in generation availability reached a maximum of 80 MW, during peak hours. The average number of circuits affected was 5 hours and 32 minutes, with a maximum demand of 119 MW at 6:20 p.m.

    The Electric Union communicated in its official note that a maximum affectation of 700 MW is estimated for the day due to a deficit in generation capacity during daytime hours.

    Unit 6 of CTE Mariel and units 2 and 3 of CTE Santa Cruz are out of service due to breakdown. One unit of CTE Guiteras, unit 5 of CTE Nuevitas and unit 3 of CTE Renté are under maintenance.

    The limitations in thermal generation are maintained 236 MW, in distributed generation, 961 MW are unavailable due to breakdown and 707 MW in maintenance.

    For peak hours, the entry of 128 MW in diesel engines is expected.

    With this forecast, an availability of 2,108 MW and a maximum demand of 3,100 MW are estimated for this time, for a deficit of 992 MW, so if the forecast conditions continue, an impact of 1,062 MW is forecast for this time.
