Ciego de Ávila is present at the International Children's Audiovisual Festival

The Ananá audiovisual creation group, from the Jose Sirio Inda Hernández House of Culture in Ciego de Ávila, is one of the four Cuban projects nominated for the "Chicuelo de Fantasies" statuette at the 8th International Children's Audiovisual Festival "Rodando Fantasies" which has place in Santa Clara, from November 16th to 20th.

The non-fiction work Desde el corazón, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Radio Surco, is the nominated piece, along with two works from Mexico, one from Bolivia and three more from Cuba. 

The event includes in its programming conferences, workshops, premieres and the contest that accompanies the event, where childhood and adolescence focus on their own stories.

The 8th International Children's Audiovisual Festival Filming Fantasies of Santa Clara is sponsored by the British Council of Mexico, as well as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), including the Hermanos Saíz Association and the Ministry of Culture, among others.
