The Nicolás Guillén Foundation of Ciego de Ávila recognized Santa Massiel Rueda Moreno with the Sitio Viejo distinction, for being a faithful exponent of the creative spirit of the youth of Ciego de Ávila.

The foregoing transpired in the La Hamaca rock, of the sociocultural project Las barcas de cristal, led by the writer and researcher Larry Morales Rodríguez, who is also the provincial president of said cultural institution.

The occasion was propitious to pay last tribute to Pablito Milanés on his 80th birthday from the Cuerda Rota trova club, which is promoted by the Nicolás Guillén Foundation of Ciego de Ávila, based in the Rooster City.

In addition to Santa Massiel Rueda Moreno and Cleilys Aurora Benítez, members of the group.

For Personal Reasons, the Morón troubadours Lázaro Rojas Cepero and Alain Poveda joined the concert, including the Canadian Mike Mason as a special guest.
