Roberto Morales Ojeda, Member of the Political Bureau and Organization Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, congratulated the people of Ciego de Ávila by telephone for the results obtained in the 2023 National Elections.

The foregoing was revealed in a note published on the Facebook profile of the Invasor seminar, in which it is explained how Liván Alonso Izquierdo thanked him, and informed him of the actions that, as part of the Decisive Effort journey, will take place during next April in Ciego de Ávila.

Morales Ojeda in his Twitter account TODAY also congratulated the people of Cuba for obtaining a new victory at the polls: 75.92% attendance, 72% voted for all and 100% of the nominees were elected.

Alina Balseiro, President of the National Electoral Council of Cuba, also shared the preliminary results of the voting on her Twitter account, in whose note she informed that the day began with a basic part of 8 million 120 thousand 072 voters, of which 6 million 164 thousand 876 exercised their right to vote: 75.92% of the electoral roll.
