The Provincial Company of Personal and Technical Services of Ciego de Ávila, integrated to the Business Group of Commerce of Ciego de Ávila, subordinate to the Provincial Administration Council of the Popular Power of Ciego de Ávila, has as its social object to PROVIDE TECHNICAL, PERSONAL AND HOME SERVICES.

For this, it is composed of a general manager´s office, four posts of deputy managers, ten establishments, one in each municipality, with a total of 60 units that provide services to the population, fifty three establishments of them are involved in the activity of the Energy Savings Program, 4 establishments are devoted to self-services, thirteen establishments dedicated to dressmaking and sewing and two shoe factories.

The Reservations Bureau of the Provincial Lodging Company provides services to the population from Monday to Friday with a fix hour from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8: 00 am - 12:00 pm. Reservations are made monthly, the first days of each month receives the affectations given by the government, then it is sold to the population, both individuals and legal entities for events that take place in the province or for other reasons.

Reservations service is also provided for provinces, the customer must appear at our office, where the management is made by telephone, and such request must be made 15 days before the date. Optional and complementary services (rent of premises for meetings, celebrations of birthday parties, weddings and birthdays) are offered. The so - called Las Brisas is a lodging that provides service to the relatives of patients reported seriously ill in the Provincial Hospital Antonio Luaces Iraola from Ciego de Ávila.

The health system in the province of Ciego de Ávila emerged in 1976 with the new administrative political division of the country and the establishment of the Popular Power, and has been consolidating in the ten municipalities covered by the province, having a wide network of institutions of health, which independence of technological development, is based on Primary Health Care (PHC) as the central axis of the actions to improve the health status of the population and their quality of life.
